About Reservaiton

We accept reservations for the coming 3 months shown on the calendar.
Check our available calender, and please make a reservation from the following reservation form.
Room availablility calendar may not be updated in real time yet at the moment of your request.
Your reservation will be done by receiving a confirmation email from us.
In case you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or security filter.
If you still can not find the confirmaiton email, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you do not show by 23:30 without any notice, we cancel your reservation and we charge you 100% accommodation fee.
Guests must have a reservation by 15:00 pm on the day.

To guests planning stay longer than one week and a group over 8 people.

Maximus stay in HISAYO'S INN is 7 days. If you would like to stay longer than 7 days, please ask us when you make a reservation.
In order to reduce a risk of cancellation, when it is long stay or a big group, we may ask you for prior payment by credit card for a part of the room charge. If you have any question on this matter, please ask us in advance, and we will reply you details on our replying message after your reservation request.
